We are a fast growing, dynamic drive-through coffee company dedicated to serving high-quality beverages with a personal touch. We pride ourselves on our commitment to community, innovation, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer. As we look to expand our leadership team, we are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dedicated and skilled individual to join us as an Operator/Co-Owner. Locations are in Minden and Springhill Louisiana. Opening third location in Homer next month. We are a rapidly expanding company with a growth mindset. All training takes place at our Springhill location. You must have your own vehicle and be able to work at all 3 locations if needed.

The Opportunity:

You’ll start at $10 per hour, gaining hands-on experience and building the skills necessary to manage and eventually own a thriving drive-through coffee operation. For the right person who demonstrates exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for customer service, the potential for ownership is within reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations:

Oversee the smooth functioning of the drive-through, ensuring high service standards and efficiency.

Customer Service:

Deliver an

OUTSTANDING

customer experience by engaging with customers, handling transactions, and resolving issues promptly.

Staff Management:

Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Business Development:

Identify and implement strategies for growth, including marketing, menu enhancements, and operational improvements.

Financial Oversight:

Monitor daily sales, manage inventory, and assist with budgeting and financial planning.

Quality Control:

Ensure all products meet our quality standards and that the facility maintains a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

Prior experience in food service, customer service, or retail management is preferred.

Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage daily operations effectively.

Entrepreneurial Spirit:

A passion for business growth and a keen interest in eventually taking on an ownership role.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and staff.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to think on your feet, address challenges proactively, and implement effective solutions.
