This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales volume and gross profit goals for pre-owned vehicle sales Manage day-to-day operations of the used vehicle department Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team Maintain appropriate inventory levels and monitor days’ supply Ensure all sales staff are informed on current inventory, promotions, and incentives Appraise trade-ins and manage the acquisition of quality used inventory Collaborate with the General Manager on forecasting and expense control Support sales team with customer interactions and closing as needed Ensure a positive, seamless customer experience throughout the sales process Partner with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department to streamline deal structure and workflow Uphold dealership policies and compliance standards Foster a team culture aligned with organizational values
Qualifications:
3+ years of automotive sales management experience required (used vehicle management preferred) Strong leadership and team development skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience with dealership management systems (CDK or similar) is a plus Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to process Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
