Responsible for overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning to support informed decision-making and ensure fiscal responsibility. Does this position require Patient Care?
No Essential Functions

  • Develop and manage the preparation of financial reports for the hospital, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Lead the development of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis. Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities. Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting processes to streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Supervise a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship. Present financial findings, reports, and recommendations to senior management, department heads, and key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and healthcare industry standards. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree Finance required or Bachelor’s Degree Accounting required or Master’s Degree Related Field of Study preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience Hospital financial management, accounting or analysis experience 3-5 years required and Management experience 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Deep understanding of healthcare finance and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
