Summary We are seeking a General Manager to lead our operations at STI Precast, Inc. in Leominster, MA. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of our manufacturing processes, ensuring that we continue to deliver top-notch precast products while upholding our core values and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. The GM will own plant performance end to end- ensuring the quality, safety, efficiency, and workforce engagement remain top priorities as we continue to grow as a company. This role is ideal for a hands on leader who thrives in a fast paced, production heavy environment and understands the demands of construction and infrastructure clients. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality in production. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability. Optimize workflows to meet demand while reducing waste, downtime, and rework. Lead and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and team collaboration. Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, DOT regulations, and industry standards. Lead, coach, and develop a team Partner with HR on hiring, performance management, and workplace planning. Work closely with ownership. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or related industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent customer service skills to maintain client relationships. Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA), DOT compliance, and quality control in a manufacturing setting. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions for operational improvements.
