Leading a dynamic team and collaborating with colleagues across campus to unlock giving potential, the Executive Director will plan, execute, and manage a comprehensive annual giving program to maximize annual support for Colby. As the college unifies around the historic Dare Northward campaign, the Executive Director will be empowered to shape strategies with the goal of helming the highest-performing annual fund in liberal arts college history. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of best practices in annual giving yet bring entrepreneurialism and creativity to the work with a willingness to think outside the box. Preferred candidates will be adept at analyzing complex data to drive direction and have a proven track record of success in cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding leadership annual gifts.
