Combination of employee & independent contract drivers Ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years recent experience managing fleet and good working knowledge of over the road maintainence, DOT requirements, IFTA, and driver recruiting. Company was founded as a broker in 1992, then we got our own authority in 2015. Current GM is relocating, and this is an in person position Salary is commensurate with experience.
