About the

Role:

As the SVP, Managing Director, you will be at the forefront of our agribusiness lending team, guiding a high-performing team to deliver innovative financial solutions to large-scale, complex agribusiness clients. This is more than a leadership role – it’s an opportunity to shape the future of agricultural finance.
You’ll drive strategic growth, manage risk, and foster relationships with member owners and stakeholders. From setting departmental goals to spearheading marketing efforts and mentoring top talent, your impact will be felt across the organization and the industry.

$170,000 – $220,000

What You Need

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Finance, Business, or related field

Experience:

15+ years of agricultural lending experience, with 10+ years in leadership

Knowledge:

Deep expertise in production agriculture, agribusiness financials, and credit underwriting, proven ability to lead teams, manage risk, and drive business growth, exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
