Role:
As the SVP, Managing Director, you will be at the forefront of our agribusiness lending team, guiding a high-performing team to deliver innovative financial solutions to large-scale, complex agribusiness clients. This is more than a leadership role – it’s an opportunity to shape the future of agricultural finance. You ll drive strategic growth, manage risk, and foster relationships with member owners and stakeholders. Joseph, or Springfield What You Need Education:
Bachelor s degree in Agriculture, Finance, Business, or related field
Experience:
15+ years of agricultural lending experience, with 10+ years in leadership
Knowledge:
Deep expertise in production agriculture, agribusiness financials, and credit underwriting, proven ability to lead teams, manage risk, and drive business growth, exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
