The General Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of our Aaron’s Sales and Leasing store to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met. The ideal candidate must have a successful track record in sales management, account maintenance, staff recruitment and development, and inventory maintenance, as well as, possess strong leadership and customer service skills. He or she must be assertive, competitive, and be a self-starter. Our General Managers have the opportunity to drive their overall personal income through the meeting and exceeding of company goals.
