Career Growth & Development:

The developmentprogram lasts approximately 12 months. Upon completion, you’ll havean additional six months to advance into an Assistant Managerposition. You’ll receive training and 1-to-1 support and engage inmentorships.

Learn Operations Leadership :

During the program,you’ll learn the business and industry, and build your skills bycontributing to financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory,quality, people, and facilities management. Contribute to

You’ll develop the skills to meet production and cost goals whileensuring compliance with regulations and BioLife SOPs.

Relocation:

Aftercompleting the program and being promoted into a managementposition, you’ll be required to relocate to one of BioLife’slocations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalentamount of leadership experience (approximately 3 years) Willingnessto travel up to 75% – 85% and relocate upon completion of theprogram Live near a BioLife Plasma Services location or be willingrelocate to Appleton, WI for the duration of the program Ability towalk and/or stand for the entire work shift Ability to workevenings, weekends, and holidays Have a valid driver’s license forthe entire duration of the program Ability to lean, bend, stoop,crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees Ability tofrequently lift to 32 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs. Fine motorcoordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment froma distance Due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risklevel 1), 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear

Base Salary Range:

$54,400.00 -$74,800.00 The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated rangefor this position . T he actual base salary offered may depend on avariety of factors , including the qualifications of the individualapplicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specificand unique skills, level of education attained , certifications orother professional licenses held, and the location in which theapplicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state orlocal minimum wage requirements for the job location. U.S. based employee s may be eligible for s hort -t erm and/or l ong- t ermincentiv e s .
