Assistant Manager 5 Minute Express Carwash Pearl, MS 39208 Responsibilities – Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations. Provide excellent customer service. Insure all procedures are properly instructed and comprehended. Lead and coach staff on preventative maintenance measures to allow for proper wash function. Help create and implement marketing strategies to promote the business. Assist in scheduling, training and supervising staff members. Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements – Mechanical knowledge. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
