Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead one of our regional offices. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, lead high-performing service and office teams, and be accountable for driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong leader and communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing people, optimizing performance, and building a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop both service technicians and office staff to perform at their best. Promote a high-performance culture built on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching to support professional growth. Take an active role in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members. Operational Management Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Schedule resources efficiently to meet service demands while maximizing productivity. Ensure full compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment. Customer Focus & Service Excellence Build strong relationships with customers and respond promptly to service concerns. Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and promote long-term loyalty. Monitor and maintain high service quality standards across all touchpoints. Sales & Financial Performance Execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals. Track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Manage budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting at the branch level. Partner with the Regional Manager and corporate marketing on promotional campaigns. Compliance & Industry Standards Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as pest control industry regulations. Maintain accurate licensing and certifications for both the manager and team. Qualifications & Skills Valid General Pest Control license (state specific), or ability to obtain within 12 months. Proven leadership experience, service-based industries not required. Strong business acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities. Track record of successfully growing sales and leading teams to achieve targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn company software platforms. Knowledge of pest control industry practices is a plus, but not required if willing to learn. Why This Role?
