Management Trainee 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Durham, NC 27707 POSITION SUMMARY Participates in a 12-month rotational experience through all departments in the bank. As a Management Trainee you will gain exposure to a variety of business lines and partners learning more about their role at the bank and how they support banking operations and lending. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with members of the bank and its stakeholders. At the end of the rotational experience the successful participant will be placed into a position within the bank. From in-depth training and coaching to manager support and network-building opportunities, we’ll help you gain valuable experience, and broaden your skillset.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education Degree or specialty focus on accounting, analytics, business administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or other banking related fields Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher Experience Demonstrated leadership through work experience, professional development, collegiate, fraternal, social, school or volunteer position Skills Ability to work independently on a range of complex tasks Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Able to learn and adapt quickly Strong Excel and computer skills
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
