Career Growth & Development:

The development program lastsapproximately 12 months. Upon completion, you’ll have an additionalsix months to advance into an Assistant Manager position. You’llreceive training and 1-to-1 support and engage in mentorships.

Learn Operations Management :

During the program, you’ll learn thebusiness and industry, and build your skills by contributing tofinancial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, people,and facilities management. Contribute to

Maintaining our exceptional quality and servicestandards is key to creating life-changing medicines. You’lldevelop the skills to meet production and cost goals while ensuringcompliance with regulations and BioLife SOPs.

Travel Opportunities:

Assist with production as needed.

Relocation:

After completing theprogram and being promoted into a management position, you’ll berequired to relocate to one of BioLife’s locations.

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent amount ofleadership experience (approximately 3 years) Experience withsupervising team members including skills in coaching, developingand holding performance management conversations Travelrequirements vary by program path. o Up to 100% (100% Travel Path)o Up to 75

  • 85% (Appleton, WI Based & Field Based Paths) o Lessthan 10% (No Travel Path) During program must live in thecontinental US.

Must also live near a BioLife Plasma Serviceslocation or be willing to travel extensively. Ability to walkand/or stand for the entire work shift Ability to work evenings,weekends, and holidays Have a valid driver’s license for the entireduration of the program Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, andreach above shoulders and below knees Ability to frequently lift to32 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs. Fine motor coordination, depthperception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance Due topotential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1), 90% ofwork tasks require prolonged glove wear

Base Salary Range:

$54,400.00
