Our goal is to help the community to be proactive in their health and wellness goals, and provide relief from existing health related issue. We provide relaxing, boutique, private room therapies for all of our clients, and pride our selves on providing a calm, clean, and relaxing environment. Summary We are seeking a passionate and driven General Manager to lead our light therapy studio. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, enhance customer experiences, and foster a motivating environment for both staff and clients. Your leadership will be key in helping our community achieve their health and fitness goals. General managers make a salary, plus bonus of gross revenue. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the studio to ensure smooth functioning. Lead and mentor staff, fostering a positive team culture focused on customer satisfaction. Manage scheduling, ensuring a variety of offerings that meet client needs. Implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. Conduct regular assessments of customer feedback to enhance service quality. Coordinate with staff to ensure high standards in experience and member engagement.
