Free Range Brewing is looking for an Assistant Manager to help keep our taps flowing, our team thriving, and our guests smiling. This role goes beyond basic checklists and daily tasks. As the point person on shift, you’ll be the one teammates and guests turn to when things need fixing, answers are needed, or quick, thoughtful solutions are required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Running the Floor Keep an eagle eye on the taproom, brewery floor, and overall vibe—jumping in when needed to keep the experience top-notch. Clear, Kind, & Confident Communication Whether it’s a team member needing direction or a guest asking about the difference between a saison and a sour, you’ve got it handled with patience and personality. Team Leadership Hire, train, coach, and celebrate our staff. You’ll help build a team that feels more like a family (a really well-organized one that knows how to pour a perfect pint). Beer Knowledge & Quality Control Stay on top of beverage service standards and help troubleshoot any pour-related problems. Know your IPAs from your stouts? Even better. Policy & Protocol Champion Assist in rolling out new protocols and ensuring staff is properly trained on updated procedures.
