Opportunity:

DWR at MillerKnoll is theperfect opportunity for you to grow your career in the interiordesign industry. As an Assistant Manager you will provideleadership support in the absence of the General Manager. You willbalance your time between working with clients, supportingleadership initiatives, sales coaching, training, and talentacquisition. You will work in close partnership with the GeneralManager to achieve the Studio’s sales goals, building clientrelationships, and become an expert in educating clients on each ofour iconic product’s story and details. You will report to theStudio General Manager. What you’ll do: You’ll have opportunitiesto: Grow your business on a weekly basis by utilizing companyprograms and tools to manage the full client lifecycle to meet andexceed your sales goals. Assist in maintaining the Studio’s designand visual standards using merchandising guidelines. Create clientfloor plans and design presentations. Travel for in-home clientconsultations and visits to local trade professionals. AttendingStudio meetings, product trainings, and utilizing the Design WithinReach website and catalog to increase product and design knowledgeas well as industry awareness. Directly manage all Sales Assistantsand Studio Interns. Does this sound like you? This might be you ifyou have the following: Retail management experience preferredAbility to build relationships and trust with direct reports,peers, and studio clientele. Proficiency with MS Office software,web navigation and 3-D rendering programs. Able to routinely moveobjects weighing more than 20 pounds and to understand safetyrequirements. Who We Hire?
