Full-Time Bubble Tea Truck Manager (South End, Charlotte) BoCha Bubble Tea Charlotte, NC 28209 Full-Time Bubble Tea Truck Manager (South End, Charlotte) BoCha Bubble Tea is expanding to the South End — and we’re looking for a full-time Truck Manager to run it like it’s your own! ✨ We need someone organized, driven, and passionate about delivering amazing drinks and customer service. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, recruit and lead the team, and make sure every cup meets our quality standards. We’ll train you on our recipes — you bring the leadership and energy!

Pay:
15% of gross sales + performance bonuses
Responsibilities:
Manage all truck operations daily Hire, train, and supervise bobaristas Ensure top-quality product by strictly following BoCha recipes Handle opening/closing, inventory, and cash management Deliver an awesome experience to every customer Communicate with the owner weekly and report sales/staffing updates Take initiative to improve truck sales and team performance
Requirements:
Full-time availability, including weekends Previous food service or management experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go Reliable transportation to the South End area Ready to learn and uphold BoCha standards with pride
