This is a full-time leadership role for someone who’s reliable, organized, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and job assignments Train and manage a small team of mobile detailers Ensure all jobs meet company quality standards Maintain chemical inventory and restock as needed Communicate with customers and collect reviews Complete detailing jobs when needed (earn 40% commission) Report performance updates to ownership team

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Experience in auto detailing (1+ year preferred) Comfortable managing others and leading by example Able to work independently and stay organized Reliable and professional communication skills Willingness to be hands-on and help grow the business

Pay Structure:

$500/week base salary (paid weekly) 40% commission on any jobs you personally complete Monthly bonus based on location performance (2% of gross revenue) Bonuses for strong customer reviews and consistent quality
