Your New RoleAs theGeneral Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, guide adynamic leadership team, and drive organizational growth throughstrategic planning and accountability. Reporting directly to thePresident, you’ll manage key stakeholders, including shareholders,employees, and customers, while ensuring operational and financialexcellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Development (60%): Mentor and hold leadership accountable through weekly meetingsand clear communication. Ensure all managers understand and execute their roles in thecompany plan. Oversee and assist the Service and Production Manager, Salesand Marketing Manager, and Administrative Manager. Conduct performance evaluations and maintain high employeemorale. Financial Oversight (25%): Develop and execute approved business plans to achieve budgetedsales and profits. Ensure fiscal responsibility, including maintaining accountsreceivable under seven days and inventory under 1% of sales. Make capital expenditure decisions and maintain staffing ratiosaligned with budget goals. Operational Excellence (15%): Partner with leadership to establish and refine policies,standards, and goals. Uphold legal and operational best practices to ensure qualityand minimize liability.
