What You’ll Be Doing:
Running day-to-day operations (no two days are the same!) Scheduling and leading the team Hiring, training, and making sure everyone’s bringing their best Booking and coordinating birthday parties, field trips, and events Managing inventory and supplies Helping with marketing, social media, and promotions Solving problems fast and keeping guests happy Keeping the rink clean, safe, and fun Being the go-to communicator between the team and the owner Jumping in wherever needed — you set the tone!
