This opportunity will allow you to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of store operations, including customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and marketing.

Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day store operations, including but not limited to organizing merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the store. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Operate the register and handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the team to ensure the store is well-stocked and all inventory is properly displayed. Support the implementation of visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and maximize sales. Help maintain and update the online store using Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. Conduct market research and analyze customer preferences to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion. Assist in organizing and executing special events

Qualifications:

Customer-service oriented Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative when needed. Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
