Impact Communities.” About The Role We are seeking a strategic and proactive Chief of Staff to join our Executive team on a contract basis. As a trusted advisor to leadership, this role will be pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and ensuring projects align with strategic goals. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, a background in agile project management, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to work at a high level, drive impactful change, and partner closely with leadership in a dynamic, results-driven environment. What You’ll Do Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on key initiatives. Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations using tools such as ClickUp to streamline project management and workflow. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed timely and align with organizational goals. Facilitate communication across departments, ensuring transparency and alignment among all stakeholders. Assist in the development and implementation of agile project management strategies to improve efficiency. Provide guidance and mentorship to remote teams, fostering a collaborative and productive virtual work environment. Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for executive meetings and decision-making. Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within operations and help architect solutions to improve scalability and performance. Collaborate with leadership to ensure all business units prioritize efforts effectively to achieve growth objectives. Qualifications Proven experience with ClickUp and agile project management methodologies. Strong organizational and communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex and competing priorities. Agile certification such as Scrum Master or PMI-ACP (preferred). Experience in the roofing or insurance restoration industry is a plus. Proven ability to lead and coordinate remote, distributed teams effectively (experience with remote teams is a plus). Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a contractor/1099 role is beneficial and welcomed.
