General Manager Confidential Salisbury, NC 28145 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our business. This role requires a proven track record of achieving or exceeding financial targets and the ability to manage and expand the business effectively. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our business meets the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the business operations, including budgeting, staffing, and inventory management. Manage and support a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement. Coordinate services to meet customer needs while maximizing profitability. Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement. Assume full financial responsibility for the organization’s operations. Manage and develop leadership staff, including hiring, terminating, and disciplining employees; scheduling; setting priorities; conducting staff meetings; counseling; evaluating performance; and directing work assignments to optimize resource use and customer satisfaction Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications 5 years of managerial experience with a proven track record of leading and managing diverse teams effectively. Demonstrated experience managing Profit and Loss statements, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. Experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff, including setting performance expectations, conducting evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and staff alike. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
