Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an inspirational, service-oriented, optimistic, and hard-working individual with sales experience and a passion for health and wellness. The belief in self-care is essential. Must have at minimum1 year experience in spa management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow all duties and responsibilities as required of the Experience Guide team. Be an inspiration and ambassador of professionalism representing The NOW brand. Maintain excellent attendance. Train all new Experience Guides. Be accountable for transactional corrections and follow up. Act in leadership capacity and assist the General Manager in all facility needs. Act as a liaison between the Experience Guides and Leadership team. Communicate all updates, new products/offerings, events, and protocols to the Experience Guide team. Ensure the facility is always clean and presentable to standards. Manage schedules of Experience Guides. Create documents, spreadsheets, and protocols as directed. Assist in forecasting staff needs to foster staff retention. Assist in providing coverage of Experience Guide shifts in case of call outs. Participate in boutique supplies, retail, linen, and equipment inventory quarterly to ensure the facility is well prepared and replacement purchases are planned bi-annually. Provide orientations and service training to all new Experience Guides. Improve Experience Guide efficiency and performance by providing in moment feedback, coaching and roleplaying. Manage and grow our member base by providing feedback and sales coaching to Experience Guides, and resolving customer service issues within 24 hours. Share suggestions, voice challenges or any specific concerns to the Leadership Team. Assist General Manager with guest recovery regarding complaints and/or concerns. Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends depending on the needs of the business. Collaborate with the Leadership Team during regular staff meetings. Be a leader in fostering a healthy workplace that is free of bullying, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
