Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Support budgeting processes and monitor financial performance to achieve store goals. Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and promote career growth. Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and security of financial transactions. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the store. Utilize retail math to manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages communication and teamwork. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and development. Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial reporting. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and retail math concepts. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
