Job Description:
Strategic Alignment:
Align project goals with overall business strategy and objectives.
PMO Leadership:
Lead PMO efforts, including future hiring, mentoring, and developing subordinates.
Process Development:
Establish and maintain standardized project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
Project Governance:
Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Performance Monitoring:
Track project progress, identify risks, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to optimize project management processes and implement improvements.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure project alignment and communication.
Resource Management:
Allocate project resources effectively and manage resource conflicts.
Vendor Management:
Oversee relationships with external vendors providing project support.
Position Requirements:
