is looking for a Director of Paid Social to join its Marketing Team. As Director of Paid Social, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance of our Paid Social campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and beyond. You’ll lead a growing team, scale acquisition campaigns, and collaborate across marketing, business and creative teams to drive measurable business outcomes. is a leading performance marketing agency in the Medicare and insurance space, and we’re looking for a hands-on, strategic leader to take our Paid Social program to the next level. The specific responsibilities include Lead campaign strategy, setup, and optimization with a focus on driving ROI and scale. Analyze performance data to inform decisions, optimize creative and targeting, and identify opportunities for growth. Mentor and grow a high-performing team of Paid Social marketers. Partner and communicate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, integrated acquisition strategies. Stay on the pulse of platform changes, competitive trends, and emerging tactics. Manage multi-million-dollar budgets efficiently with an eye on performance and profitability Qualifications What you need to be successful 5+ years in Paid Social advertising (Meta required; LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic, or others a plus) Proven ability to scale direct-to-consumer acquisition campaigns Strong analytics skills—Excel, Tableau, PowerBI Leadership experience with a player-coach mindset Deep understanding of targeting, testing, creative best practices, and budget pacing Passion for performance marketing and continuous improvement
