The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development, project management, and operations management. This role requires a visionary leader who can effectively negotiate partnerships, drive process improvements, and manage senior leadership teams to foster a culture of excellence. Duties Oversees the planning and execution of all Supreme World camps in their assigned region or city Responsible for securing gym locations, building local partnerships, managing budgets, and supervising Program Directors Coordinates travel logistics, supplies, and volunteers Reports directly to the Founder and ensures the Supreme World brand is represented professionally and effectively Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization’s mission and objectives. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the organization. Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth and partnerships. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and service delivery. Foster a positive organizational culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Represent the organization at public events, meetings, and conferences to promote its mission. Qualifications Experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on strategic planning and operations management. Strong skills in business development, project management, and process improvement. Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams effectively. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
