Alliance Investments Management is seeking an experienced InvestorRelations Executive to spearhead its fundraising and investorrelations initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for ahigh-performing professional with a proven track record in privateequity fundraising to lead a critical department in a values-drivenorganization.

Description:

We are particularly interested in candidates who have raised fundsor capital for their ventures in the past and demonstrateentrepreneurial spirit and expertise in capital-raisingstrategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Excellence:

Drive capital-raising efforts, securing investments with an averagecheck size of $2 to $5 million. Meet and exceed fundraising targets by leveraging an establishednetwork of retail and high-net-worth investors.

Investor Relations:

Act as the primary liaison for existing investors, ensuring theirneeds are met and fostering trust and satisfaction. Develop and execute strategies to enhance investor relationshipsand engagement.

Department Leadership:

Lead and manage the fundraising and investor relations department,setting and achieving strategic goals. Build and mentor a high-performing team to support fundraisingobjectives.

Fund Structure Expertise:

Communicate fund terms, performance, and strategies clearly andconfidently to prospective and current investors. Align fundraising efforts with the firm’s overall private equitystrategies.

Strategic Insights:

Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and investorneeds to refine fundraising strategies. Identify and develop new opportunities for expanding the investorbase.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all fundraising activities adhere to regulatory standardsand company policies. Provide detailed reports on fundraising progress, investorfeedback, and market insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in private equity fundraisingor investor relations. Proven ability to raise significant capital from retail andhigh-net-worth investors. Previous experience developing fund structures and ensuringinvestor satisfaction.

Skills and Attributes:
