Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? We’re a growing heavy equipment company doing $1.5M+ in annual revenue, and we’re looking for a General Manager to help lead and grow our operations. About the Role As our General Manager, you’ll work directly with the owner to oversee day-to-day operations, manage crews, and keep projects running on time and on budget. You’ll be in charge of scheduling, job site quality, creation of bids, and the profitability of our clearing, grading, and mulching jobs. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support field crews and equipment operators Schedule and manage active job sites Oversee maintenance and proper use of equipment Produce all bids using spreadsheets Ensure safety compliance and crew accountability Maintain strong relationships with clients. Track job costs and performance metrics Qualifications 5+ years in construction, site development, or heavy equipment operations Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Hands-on knowledge of bulldozers, skid steers, excavators, etc. Experience managing crews and job sites Able to read site plans and manage project logistics Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
