Currently, we’re seeking a results-driven Regional Director to oversee and lead a portfolio of properties across Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for the operational performance, financial success, and team leadership of multiple properties within your region. You will work closely with onsite teams and senior leadership to ensure service excellence, regulatory compliance, and profitability across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of Community Managers and onsite teams across multiple locations. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance. Monitor and manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting for each property. Ensure adherence to company policies, housing regulations, and safety standards. Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions and support team performance. Foster strong relationships with residents, vendors, and executive team members. Hire, train, and mentor onsite team members, promoting a high-performance culture. Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning, capital improvements, and market positioning. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a multi-site or regional leadership role. Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and operational KPIs. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel within the region as required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. CPM, CAM, or similar industry certification is a plus.
