General Summary:
The Manager in Training ‘s primary responsibility is to participate in training experiences, learn new skills, and to demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibilities. The management trainee program will prepare the trainee for decisions s/he will be making, and the actions s/he will be taking in the areas of people management, operations management, and resolution of customer complaints when s/he assumes the role of store manager. The MIT assists the Manager in all aspects of daily shift management by performing the following duties. Our company offers an additional weekly bonus on cars washed and monthly passes sold and gives team members the opportunity to continue growing their skills while advancing their career within the organization. Golden Nozzle Managers in Training, earn $18.50 an hour plus bonus. The average pay range is $50k-60k a year including 10 hours of available overtime, weekly bonuses, wages and performance-based bonus included. The position requires 50 hours weekly.
