Management Trainee Duties are as follows: Collaborate with thesales team and fellow Management Trainees to create and executeenhanced sales strategies, driving performance and company growth.

Engage in meetings with senior leadership and other Trainees,expanding industry knowledge and developing leadershipcapabilities. Showcase products and services to clients, providingtailored solutions and exceptional customer support. Developleadership by mentoring other Management Trainees, preparing forfuture management roles. Maintain current knowledge of companypolicies, procedures, products, services, and promotions toeffectively serve customers.
