MUST HAVE EXPERTISE IN A COLLISION SHOP ENVIRONMENT

(FRONT-OFFICE + SHOP FLOOR) Elmwood Collision, a respected and established collision repair shop in Buffalo, NY, is hiring a top-tier General Manager to oversee and lead all aspects of daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a sharp, experienced individual with deep expertise in both front-office processes and shop-floor management. Current annual sales are $2.5 to $3 million — but with the right leadership, Elmwood Collision has the infrastructure and market presence to grow to $8 to $10 million annually. We’re looking for the right person to help us reach that next level.

Required Qualifications:

Proven expertise in managing a collision shop’s front office and shop operations Advanced proficiency in CCC ONE (estimates, supplements, billing, work orders) Strong leadership and team management abilities Capable of coordinating workflow between staff and technicians Deep knowledge of insurance billing, repair cycle times, and quality control Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all front-office activities: customer service, scheduling, estimates, billing Manage shop workflow: oversee technician scheduling, repair timelines, and output quality Utilize CCC ONE for estimating, invoicing, and insurance claims Coordinate with insurance companies, parts vendors, and customers Maintain high productivity and customer satisfaction throughout the repair process Drive operational efficiency and team accountability

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30

PM Compensation & Benefits:
