with 5% Company Match. Recognition Rewards. Free Car Washes and Discounts. What You Will Do Assists the Store Manager with operations. Will be a key holder and open or close store. Will assist with ongoing training and regular performance feedback. Greet and assist customers as they drive into the car wash line. Sell and enroll customers in our Unlimited Plan. Guide vehicles onto the car wash conveyor. Clean and maintain facilities and grounds. All other duties assigned. Do You Have? A minimum of 2 years of successful supervisory experience. Must be in good standing and been in current role for 90 days. Experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook), UKG, and WashAssist. Good communication skills.
