The Opportunity We’re looking for a highly intelligent, motivated, and resourceful individual to serve as the CEO’s strategic right hand. This is not an administrative assistant role—this is a high-exposure, high-impact position ideal for someone with a strong background in business, finance, or legal strategy who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to play a direct role in shaping the future of a growing education enterprise. This person will work closely with the CEO across multiple domains including strategic planning, internal operations, external communications, project execution, and special initiatives. Key Responsibilities Act as a thought partner and trusted advisor to the CEO on high-priority initiatives Conduct research, analysis, and project management on strategic and operational matters Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders Sit in on meetings, synthesize key insights, and drive follow-up action plans Help evaluate new opportunities (programs, partnerships, acquisitions, etc.) Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure execution aligns with goals Manage and improve executive workflows and communications Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or graduate-level coursework in business, policy, finance, or education a plus Exceptional communication and writing skills Strong business acumen with a problem-solving, “figure-it-out” mindset Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure Discreet, loyal, and capable of handling confidential matters Mission-aligned with a genuine interest in education and leadership Why Join Us?
