Join The Gyro Project family, and grow with us! We’re hiring for the GM position for our upcoming locations opening throughout manhattan. The Gyro Project is a modern Greek quick serve restaurant serving up delicious, scratch-made food such as gyro sandwiches, bowls, platters, and desserts. Locations open from 11AM-11PM We currently have 3 locations up and running, with another 4 under development. Join the ST Management family, which operates brands including The Gyro Project, fresh&co, Cafe Metro, Metro Marche, and Nizuc Modern Mexican. Must have previous General Manager experience in QSR’s. 50 hour work week, 2 weeks vacation, 5 personal. Lots of flex.
Compensation Details Compensation:
Salary ($75,000.00 – $85,000.00)
