The Gyro Project is a modern Greek quick serve restaurant serving up delicious, scratch-made food such as gyro sandwiches, bowls, platters, and desserts. Locations open from 11AM-11PM We currently have 3 locations up and running, with another 4 under development. Join the ST Management family, which operates brands including The Gyro Project, fresh&co, Cafe Metro, Metro Marche, and Nizuc Modern Mexican.
