Duties Develop and implement go-to-market sales strategy for the US market. Oversee annual sales targets and lead their achievement. Managing sales team (2 FTE) Operate full sales cycle and ensure commercial processes drive overall organizational goals. Build strategic partnership relationships with new and existing customers. Attend conferences and other industry events. Acquire market feedback for the product team to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience selling medical/scientific software/service solutions Demonstrable expertise of US clinical laboratory market (key players and trends) Proven ability to build strategic partnerships Expertise in commercializing digital products and services Track record of consistent quota achievement Experience in organizing customer feedback loop on a systemic basis to add value into product development process Working knowledge of Russian language a plus
