We’re seeking future team members for our BNY Wealth with roles located in York City, York in hybrid (4 days in the office) position. You’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- The Head of Advice Planning and Fiduciary Services will lead and oversee the strategic direction, management, and execution of advice planning and fiduciary services.
This role requires a deep understanding of wealth management, fiduciary responsibilities, and the ability to drive growth and innovation in these areas. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, clients, and internal teams to ensure the highest standards of service and compliance.
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the strategic vision for advice planning and fiduciary services, aligning with the overall goals of the organization
Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, providing expert advice and building long-term relationships
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of fiduciary officers, wealth strategists, and other professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all fiduciary activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, managing risk effectively
Business Development:
Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client proposals, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams
Thought Leadership:
Represent the organization at industry conferences, seminars, and other events, positioning the company as a leader in advice planning and fiduciary services To be successful, we’re seeking interest in the follow areas:
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent, with a strong background in wealth management, trust, and estate planning
Experience:

Our Benefits and Rewards:
BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $136,500 and $450,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
