New York, NY The Transformation + Enablement Associate is a key member of the Office of the CRO. They will manage administrative needs, special projects across all team areas of responsibility, and proactive day-to-day responsibilities for The SVP, Chief of Staff, Transformation & Enablement and their team. While this role will have administrative duties, the position should be considered a path to a larger remit within the revenue organization at Condé Nast and is best suited for a candidate interested in growing their career in communications, organizational strategy, and operations. This role will be responsible for managing confidential information and will have awareness of all workings of the Revenue organization.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support such as calendar management, expense reports and corporate travel coordination (booking travel, hotels and logistics, developing and managing travel on on-the-ground itineraries, etc.) — estimated at 25% of remit Drive, support and/or monitor special projects, as assigned. Some examples of projects include, but are not limited to: Managing content for internal Revenue slack channels Developing and executing programming for employee engagement across the full ~1,000 person revenue organization Assisting in writing organization-wide communications (emails, scripting, presentations, etc.) Conducting survey analysis for Glint and / or other organization-wide surveys Supporting learning and development programs Supporting on projects related to transformation and org structure, inclusive of compensation, org structure, and role clarity — working closely with embedded CoS roles Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, trainings and team building activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Contacting participants, speakers and attendees Securing locations and necessary equipment Preparing briefing materials and agendas Driving meeting presentations Capturing actionable minutes/meeting notes Proactively develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Revenue team structure and priorities in order to best support the team Act as a bridge between the Transformation & Enablement team and stakeholders across Condé Nast —be able to prioritize requests and communicate on behalf of executives as needed Serve as back up and / or additional support for the CRO, as part of their executive office Essential Skills & Requirements BA / BS degree in business, marketing or equivalent practical experience 1-3 years professional experience in media, agency, new business, partnerships; with direct experience in a similar role Intermediate to advanced Office/GSuite and presentation design skills Extremely organized with exceptional time management skills and able to prioritize efficiently Confident and able to communicate with staff at different levels and across different departments internationally Excellent grammar, spelling, drafting, writing and proof-reading ability Self-driven and motivated, with an ability to show initiative and accountability in all situations Highly agile and flexible working approach Trustworthy and discrete Helpful to have experience of working in an international environment and building solid working relationships with teams across different countries, time zones and cultures The expected base salary range for this position is from $60,000-$65,000.
