Vice President – Co-Head Team Position Available In New York, New York

Duties:

Take ownership of and drive the integration of Future State initiatives, including implementing AI solutions across the firm. Partner with senior leadership and C-suite executives to define strategic priori-ties and translate them into actionable plans that drive firm-wide goals. Lead the execution of large-scale projects, such as integrating internal management systems, managing processes, and ensuring adher-ence to timeline. Drive close collaboration efforts with internal departments such as IT, InfoSec, and Legal to address challenges, prioritize needs, and ensure smooth execution of projects. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and initiatives, recommending adjustments to optimize out-comes. Present strategic initiatives and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key decision-making across the firm. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, inno-vation, and professional development.

Requirements:

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field of study, and 5 years of experience as Associate, Consultant, Analyst or related jobs in a quantita-tive field in Finance, Business or related field. Will accept Master’s degree and 3 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience. Experience specified must include 5 years of experi-ence (or 3 year of experience if Master’s degree) with each of the following: research, explaining market events; utilizing quantitative and analytical skills; MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); utilizing general ac-counting and finance principles; Bloomberg, FactSet, SNL/S&P Global; research resources such as The Deal, Mergermarket, Debtwire, Wall Street Journal and other industry publications. Telecommuting permitted 1 day per week.
