Executive Director of ABA Services Confidential Pomona, NY 10970 • Hybrid work A new and growing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company in Atlanta, GA, built on the belief that every child deserves outstanding, personalized care.

As we launch and expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our vision, guide our team, and help shape the future of Shining Hearts.
What You’ll Do:
As Executive Director, you’ll be the driving force behind our clinical and operational success.
You will:
Oversee all aspects of daily operations including clinical, administrative, and financial functions. Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of BCBAs, RBTs, and office staff. Ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services aligned with best practices and compliance standards. Develop relationships with families, community partners, and referral sources. Strategize and implement business development and growth opportunities. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassion. Manage budget, revenue goals, and profit-sharing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. BCBA certification highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in ABA or behavioral health services. Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical compliance. Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. $150,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
