Role:

As our Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a critical role in daily operations, team leadership, staffing, and sales execution . You’ll work closely with the General Manager to ensure an exceptional client experience and strong business growth from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional care and hospitality Drive membership sales and support all in-center revenue initiatives Build local relationships with gyms, studios, businesses, and community partners to promote the center and drive external traffic Manage scheduling, inventory, and client service processes to meet performance goals You’re a great fit if you have: Proven experience in membership-based sales (wellness, fitness, medspa, or retail preferred) Strong team leadership and operations management skills A passion for health, wellness, and helping people feel their best Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities— inside and outside the center Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment A proactive mindset and a desire to grow with a dynamic, expanding brand

Reports To:

General Manager – a hands-on leader focused on team development, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
