Summary We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is critical in supporting our daily operations and has the potential to grow into a General Manager role for the right candidate. If you’re enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a company on the rise, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare paperwork and trivia games for evening DJ events Answer and manage all incoming phone calls professionally Call and follow up with clients as needed Manage and monitor company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Create engaging social media posts and marketing content Assist with managing staff schedules Help create and manage client quotes and proposals Support general office administration and coordination Additional duties may be assigned and discussed during the interview Requirements Fluent in English (spoken and written) Basic computer skills required (email, Word, Excel, social media platforms) Excellent customer service skills, with at least 3 years of experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude This role is being created to support our rapidly growing business.
