Job Overview NOTICE:

This individual is for a new location opening in the south hills area, but training will take place in our Wexford location currently operating. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for retail, as well as the ability to manage inventory effectively and maintain a well-organized store environment. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall shopping experience. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing effective inventory control measures. Train, mentor, and manage team members to foster a positive work environment and promote professional development. Participate in interviewing potential candidates and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team. Collaborate with the store manager to develop sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet performance targets. Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing store presentation that attracts customers. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or retail management is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in inventory management and control processes. Proven track record of team management with the ability to motivate and lead staff. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
