As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through various departments to gain comprehensive knowledge of company operations. You will receive hands-on training in leadership, sales, marketing, operations, and other areas of the business, with the goal of preparing for a future managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) to support business objectives and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Problem-Solving :

Assist in addressing operational challenges, finding effective solutions to improve business processes and customer satisfaction.

Learning and Development :

Participate in training and development programs to improve leadership, business acumen, and management skills.

Customer Prospecting :

Identify and engage with potential customers in-store to generate new business opportunities

Qualifications:

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Prior experience in marketing, brand management, or team leadership is preferred but not required.
