Job Description

General Manager 2.8 2.8 out of 5 stars 1467 Lancaster Rd, Manheim, PA 17545 A licensed agency by the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) is seeking to fill the General Manager position. Our main mission is to provide quality and compassionate care to adults with intellectual disabilities in a residential group home setting within Lancaster County. Qualifications include a four year college degree in a human services and or relevant experience. The General Manager is a key role within the agency that reports directly to the Executive Director of the company. The General Manager is tasked with maintaining compliance, expanding services and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders. Below is a list of responsibilities. 1) Ensure that all residential homes are operating under compliance within the 6100,6400 and 6500 regulations. 2) Ensure that all programmatic needs are being met to maintain Performance-Based Contracting (PBC) status. 3) Maintaining programmatic budget and payroll to ensure financial stability within the agency. a. This includes overseeing weekly scheduling meetings. 4) Acting as the main point person for all referrals within the agency. a.

This includes:

i. Residential Habilitation ii. Lifesharing iii. CPS 5) Responsible for the entire process of openings new residential locations and the licensing process. 6) Completing revalidation of all service locations every 5 years. 7) Completing QA&I every 2 years and ensuring compliance 8) Completing annual licensing review every year and the renewal of both the 6400 and 6500 license. 9) Oversight of the incident management process a. This includes maintaining incident management compliance b. Overseeing that reports are submitted on time c. Completing all final sections of EIM reports. 10) Complete monthly supervision with all administrative staff 11) Meet as needed with Executive Director and CEO to discuss strategic initiatives within the agency. 12) Attend team meetings, ISP meetings, Behavior support meetings as needed. 13) Oversee maintenance of all homes and track completion. 14) Maintain relationships with all vendors to ensure all contracted work needed for residential homes is completed in a timely manner. 15)This includes ensuring that all vehicles are up to date on inspections, oil changes, etc

$70,000 •

2 Weeks of paid vacation after 1 year of service •
