In partnership withthe Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager will advance,implement, and develop strategic plans while also casting futuredirection and vision. Additionally, the General Manager will beresponsible for cultivating results for day-to-day operations,streamlining processes and procedures for efficiency. The GeneralManager will ensure the organization’s continued commitment tooutstanding customer service and exceptional product quality. Theability to develop and implement business approaches that alignwith Upward Broadband’s mission and goals is essential to the role.

Position qualifications:

Successful track record of demonstrating and strengthening companyculture and core values 5 – 10 years of leadership experienceincluding developing people and teams Overall business operationsexperience and financial acumen, including sales and marketing,required; experience obtaining grants; a plus A working knowledgeof the telecom/IT industry and/or technology related fieldsExperience growing a start-up organization or successfully scalinga line of service or business; strongly preferred Constructionindustry knowledge; a plus Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills Demonstrated community involvement, stronglypreferred Please submit resume and cover letter:www.
